SHREWSBURY- Lillian E. "Bettye" Brown, 84, of Shrewsbury, formerly of Westborough, died Wednesday, March 18, 2009 at the Shrewsbury Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was the wife of the late T. Leo Brown who died in 1994.
Born in Mexico, Maine, she was the daughter of the late Harold and Ruby (Harris) Errington and was educated in Westborough schools. Mrs. Brown was a homemaker and enjoyed birds and bird watching. She has been a resident of Shrewsbury since 1994 previously living in Westborough. Lillian is survived by one sister, Maxine Gillis of Belchertown, MA; two brothers, Robert Errington of Arizona and Richard Errington of California. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Her funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 21, at 9:30 A.M. in the Britton-Summers Funeral Home, 4 Church St., Westborough. Burial will follow in St. Luke's Cemetery. A calling hour will be held from 8:30 A.M. to 9:30 A.M. prior to the funeral service.
